The Bronze Bomber at the HOSPITAL while the Gypsy King survived TWO knockdowns to win the epic

NOTHING IS LOST IN THE GLOVE

Tyson Fury admitted he expected Deontay Wilder to have ‘many excuses’ after the smart defeat to his ‘fair and square’ rival, writes JACK FIGG.

Fury drew with the American in 2018 but two years later won the match again seven rounds.

But Wilder refused to accept defeat and blamed the result on a number of insane factors, including his water SPIKED and Fury fighting WEIGHTTS in his gloves.

These are allegations that he stopped but never substantiated and even before the fight of the trilogy was once again worried about his rival’s glove.

But the Nevada State Athletic Commission cleared them and Fury used them to knock out Wilder in round 11.

The undefeated British heavyweight champion tried to entertain the Bronze Bomber afterwards, but was snubbed, so hit Wilder again.

Fury said behind The Gloves: “I’m sure he’ll have a lot of reasons to do that.

“He always does, he’s painfully defeated and he has an Everlast MX and I have a Paffen Sports, both gloves.

“His trainers were in the exchange ring rooms, they checked everything, no queries.

“He lost fair and square and that’s all he wrote for Deontay Wilder. And I’ll be surprised if he boxes again.”
