The TVD team has grown from a small store in Leigh to a business, now based on the Waters Meeting industrial estate that manufactures and supplies spacious and extensive.
Jim Brown and his sons Mat and Dan founded TVD in 1996 as TV and Video Direct, using their customer service skills to grow business organic
Their work, as they grew into the TVD Group, included the delivery and installation of TVs, displays and digital signage in betting shops, hotels and sports venues across the country.
Fast forward to 2017 and the family outfit decided to branch into manufacturing, creating Mitchell and Brown, created by Mat and Dan using their own moniker and their mother’s maiden name.
Own brand TVs, custom built to their own specifications by an industry leading supplier, with a seven -year warranty, are now sold on the high street.
